In this class we make superb cawan mushi and tempura that could give some of the best Japanese restaurants in town a run for their money! The menu also includes cold soba noodles with a dashi-based dipping sauce, braised vegetables and the delightful dessert, shiratama. We do all this under the knowledgeable and patient guidance of my friend Erina Hisatsune-Koerner.
