There's probably no dish more unique to Malaysia than laksa and in this class my students can learn to make the four main kinds of laksa. Laksa is an amazingly delicious blend of influences from Indian, Chinese and Malay cuisine and it's a wonderful dish to conjure up for friends (and amaze them, of course!)
