Cook, Freeze, Eat!
Time 09:30AM to 01:30PM, RM 250 per person

 

When it comes to food, what is a person with high standards but little time, to do? When you cannot bear the thought of another takeout meal but after a crazy work day, cooking a meal from scratch will mean dinner will only be served at 9pm? Here's my answer. Come over to my kitchen and cook up a storm which you can take home and stow in your freezer. This way, you'll always have a secret stash of delicious, homemade dishes which you can trot out for yourself and the family. Recipes can vary each session and include:

  • chicken kapitan

  • bolognaise pasta pie

  • red chicken casserole (with tomatoes n red capsicum)

  • Thai red curry (either chicken or beef)

  • sambal tumis udang

  • chicken (or lamb) korma

  • ayam masak merah (chicken with chilli and tomatoes)

  • etc 

Each student makes 2 dishes and then "barters" with a fellow student (who's making 2 different dishes so each person takes a total of 4 main dishes home). Students can make up to 4 suggestions for the class or take pot luck.

This class is absolutely ideal for single people or couples to stock up their freezer with wholesome food for the week or when family and friends come to visit!
