All your favourite “restaurant” desserts, reproduced right in your own kitchen.…

 

  • Gooey-centred chocolate puddings
  • Créme brulee
  • Baked cheesecake with 3 toppings
  • Caramelized upside-down apple tart (Tarte Tatin)

 

Students working in pairs will make 3 desserts to take home (please indicate choice at time of booking). A light lunch will be provided.
