Festive Baking

Time 09:30AM to 01:30PM, RM 270 per person

Bake a classic rich fruitcake, elegant cookies and biscotti.

• Rich, spicy fruitcake
• Almond biscotti
• “Ladies kisses” (hazelnut cookies sandwiched with dark chocolate)
• Carrot cake with lemon cream cheese frosting

Students working in pairs make all 4 recipes to take home. A light lunch will be provided.
