Festive Indonesian

Time 09:30AM to 01:30PM, RM 250 per person

Fine Indonesian recipes pay special attention to the delicate use of herbs and spices. This menu displays that skill to great effect.

  • Ayam betutu (Indonesian spicy roast chicken)
  • Sambal serai (lemon grass relish)
  • Masak lemak nangka (young jackfruit in coconut milk)
  • Pelecing kacang panjang (stir-fried long beans, Indonesian style)
  • Eis podeng (Jackfruit, young coconut & honeydew melon dessert)

Students working in pairs tackle the complete menu.
