Great Tarts
Time 09:30AM to 01:30PM, RM 270 per person

 

This class serves as a fabulous introduction to pastry-making. By following a few basic rules and avoiding some of the common pitfalls, students learn how to make tender, melt-in-the-mouth pastry.

 

  • Free-form apple tart
  • Vegetable quiche
  • Tartlets filled with pastry cream and fresh fruit

 

Students working in pairs will make all 3 tarts to take home. A light lunch will be provided.
