  • Cucur badak (sweet potato doughnuts with savoury coconut filling)

  • Kuih keria (sweet potato ring doughnuts with caramelized palm sugar coating)

  • Kuih cara berlauk (savoury moulded cakes)

  • Lompat tikam (pandan custard with palm sugar syrup and coconut milk)

  • Sago gula melaka

  • Pink sago cakes with grated coconut

Students working in pairs tackle 3 recipes to take home. Please indicate your choice at time of booking. A light lunch will be provided.
