Pasta Mania

Time 09:30AM to 01:30PM, RM 250 per person

 

Make fresh egg pasta in the classic Italian tradition and fashion it into ribbons (tagliatelle), little filled “hats” (capeletti), bows (farfalle) or lasagne. 

 

  • Tagliatelli with ragu (meat sauce)
  • Tagliatelli with squashed baby peas and butter
  • Wide ribbons tossed with roasted red pepper strips and sage butter
  • Little pasta “hats” filled with pumpkin & served in a clear broth
  • Spinach lasagne layered with meat & cream sauce

 

Students working in pairs make two types of pasta dough matched with two sauces. Please indicate choices at time of booking.
