The Spanish Table
Time 09:30AM to 01:30PM, RM 250 per person

In the south of Spain they are called tapas whereas in the northern Basque region, they are referred to as pintxos (or “pinchoes”). But the idea is the same – a variety of tasty morsels served in small portions.

 

  • Squid stuffed with sweet onion and served with tomato sauce
  • Grilled prawns topped with red capsicum dressing
  • Mushroom pastries
  • Potato tortilla (wedges of potato omelette cooked in olive oil)
  • Bread slice topped with crabmeat salad
  • Fried eggplant slices with roast capsicum on bread
  • Mini beef steak on bread slice (sollo mio)
  • Pasta "risotto" with baby squid

 

Students working in pairs make 4 varieties of pintxos. Kindly indicate choice at time of booking.
