Supermarket Sweep!

(Exclusive complimentary class)

This fun class is open to long term students (who I shall notify separately by email). We meet at The Village Grocer in Bangsar where we will be greeted by the store manager who will give us a personal tour and a short talk on the behind-the-scene workings of a premium supermarket. Participants will get the opportunity to quiz him regarding produce and ingredients, after which we will collectively plan a menu based on some choice ingredients. We return to the kitchen to cook and class ends after lunch.
