will bake moderately sized muffins with plenty of heart and soul...

served with a trio of tropical jams
(Mango,
banana and pineapple)

Savoury herb & cheese
scones sandwiched with smoked salmon

Banana muffins with
walnut crumble topping

Pandan muffins with
crunchy coconut topping

Chunky apple cinnamon
muffins (with real apple chunks!)

Dark chocolate muffins
with raspberry centers.
Students working in pairs will make 3 items of their choice to take
home. A light
lunch will be provided.
