This class is designed for those who have some knowledge of pastry
making or for students who have already taken the “Great Tarts” class.
We move on to slightly more ambitious recipes such as the utterly
delicious chicken pie, a spectacularly good lemon meringue pie and a
heart-stopping velvet chocolate tart.
