While I acknowledge the fact making gossamer-thin spring rolls wrappers and perfectly-shaped pie tee (“top hat” pastry) shells cannot be counted as essential life skills, they are still skills worth getting under your belt. Who knows, they might be worth something - one day. A word of caution: this is not a class for beginner cooks ….
